We are sorry to inform you that your order might experience some shipping delays. Our order processing time has been slowed down due to COVID-19 situation. Please allow extra 2-4 business days for your tracking to be updated. All of the orders usually ship out within 2-4 business days.

Once again we apologize for this inconvenience. 


  

Returns! 
Changed your mind? No worries, we can help! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returns. You can return your eligible items by mail within 14 days of the original delivery date. 
Mail-in returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

NOTE : All the returns will be processed within 10-15 business days due to the situation with COVID-19 after the order has arrived in the return facility.

Please Note:
  • 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items that are broken seal. 
  • Brush must be returned with all of the items that were included in the box. Additional charges will be applied for missing items.
  • Shipping Fee is non-refundable once the order is processed(Tracking # generated).

Shipping for the returned goods is not covered and not refundable.
Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs.

EXCEPTION: Canvas Vibes takes responsibility for the shipping costs/prepaid shipping labels only if a replacement item needs to be sent to the customer because it was received defected, wrong or damaged.
